They're the place to call.
Real Estate Repairs did NOT fall short in any way whatsoever.
We were beyond satisfied with everything that was done...from the very quick response inquiring if they could do the job to assessing what needed to be done & then accomplishing everything in a thorough & very professional manner. Everything they did was perfectly done.
Never having used them before, I was hoping they would do what was promised. I needn't have worried as they were prompt, courteous, very professional and did an outstanding job.
As the owner, Phil Bennet, knew exactly what had to be done. We met with him on a Thursday. He assessed the work that had to be done. A proposal was sent by Saturday, which was very fair, and they started Monday. David & Justin were the workmen & they did everything that needed to be done, found some unseen issues that were addressed immediately. They were on time all 3 days & the last day insisted on helping me get everything back where it belonged. They were a delight to have around.
Real Estate Repairs is an extremely professional company. We would not hesitate to use them again & again. As an interior designer, I am very particular about workmanship. Excellence is in the details & everything they were asked to do was done to perfection. They are an exceptional company that does superb work, fairly priced, done by great, qualified people.
The painting kept getting pushed back and the painters delayed other things. Those things got done, but it was like crunch time.
The workmanship on the fireplace was outstanding. Justin was amazing. He is talented in plumbing and electrical. He basically did the whole job himself and was fabulous.
My only concern was if it would get done in time, and they worked hard to get it done right in the knick of time.
I'd like to recognize Justin, Matt, and Phil.
Workmanship. They cared about the work that was being done and the finished product showed it.
We did not have ant concerns after speaking with Phil before the project started.
We were more than happy with the entire job done by Real Estate Repairs.
If there were concerning issues -- Mr. Bennett was quick to solve and investigate the area of concern.
Phil Bennett and Ken (apology for not knowing his last name).
A trusted friend.
I was most satisfied with the quality of the work, and the relationship with the people.
I would like to recognize Tim, and Ken, for their exceptional services.
Went above and beyond to repair drywall in areas not specifically requested but would have been missed otherwise by owner. Provided expert recommendations on stain selection for hardwood flooring that prevented buyers remorse in the future for owner (e.g. choosing lighter stain to avoid daily cleaning nightmare of darker stain). Another example was defining the foyer border design - Ed made a last minute suggestion that salvaged what might have been a disaster with our flooring pattern at the front entrance.
I enjoyed the experience of working with true craftsmen and top-notch experts in their field. They were very trustworthy and felt that they actually cared for us. They customize the solution based on what our needs were and went above and beyond to make it happen. If not for their great explanation of the process behind what they do, I would have thought their methods were almost magical!
I was most satisfied with their willingness to adjust to changing requirements.
Jay Unger, our real estate agent.
Mark was straightforward and "got" the objectives.
RER did presale repairs to our house.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Real Remodels as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
