I really appreciated that they worked with me on my budget and they were very patient and resourceful with what my insurance company could offer versus what they thought I needed. I'm very happy with how it worked out. They even worked with me when I had to make payments on my roof. They're very generous.

The roofing crew was organized, professional, and cleaned. But the first person who was here to do the siding with disorganized and made a mess, which is when I reached out to the owner and they had to correct those issues. The people from Ready Roof were good, but the subcontractors were less desirable. I was told that if I gave anybody their information as a recommendation I would get a 200$ bonus. I recommended someone and they used them, but I never received the bonus money. Ready Roof did, however, fix all the issues that happened and my project turned out very well. They were professional, organized, and responsive in working with me to correct the problems.

In October, 2018, faulty shingles were used on my roof. I was told they would be replaced. The company (Owens Corning) has still not replaced them and it is now April 30, 2019. All monies for the job was given up front. Very upsetting!!
