Areas Of Satisfaction - Randy was good enough to come out to our house twice with information before we gave him our business. He explained things knowledgeably and thoroughly. Melissa in the office was friendly and professional, and calls were returned promptly by both of them. Randy came out to look at our roof damage and repaired the storm damage promptly TWICE before our work was scheduled to start. Cleanup each day was extremely thorough. Their commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations.
