They are great. They worked with us as much as they could and really helped us out when we needed them too.

Steve Augustine went above and beyond to get us in our new home! He communicated with us during the whole build progress as we were out of state.
We had a home built with R&R homes that was labor intensive the whole process. Our close date was delayed 2 1/2 months late and we still have items that haven't been completed from our punch list. We were told all the maintenance on the house was covered for the first year which we were informed yesterday that they would not be doing that. We were told they would complete items on our punch list after we moved in and those items are not being addressed months after living in the house. We chose R&R homes due to the floorplans and quality of workmanship we saw. That all seems to have left the company with the death of one of the partners. It's apparent that the R that's left in R&R "Russell" was in charge of financial aspect and not the building of the homes. We trusted them to do what they said they would do and we got screwed. I could not recommend R&R due to there lack of communication with office staff and lack of follow through with there promises. Warranty work is non existent unless you had something in writing before hand after we were continually told not to worry about these issues they wouldn't let these things happen to us. This builder lacks communication, ethics and transparency. Our building process was very frustrating and getting warranty issues taken care of has been like pulling teeth! The quality is also disappointing. I recommend talking to homeowners in their communities before making the decision to go with R&R. They are lacking on every front.
Family oriented company and care about the people purchasing a home. Honest and helpful.
I closed on my new home 11/24/2021 and overall I’m pretty satisfied but I’m still missing two drawers in my kitchen and one in the laundry room plus a waste basket slide-out and door in the kitchen

My overall experience with R&R Homes has been excellent. I purchased a home and spent almost the entire build time out of state. For this reason alone, many unforeseen obstacles and challenges came up. Kim, the Community Manager has been outstanding from the very first day. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect during the entire build process. She worked closely with my realtors since I was out of state and between both of them, they made sure to tackle every issue that came up. It has been several months since moving in and she has continued to go above and beyond to help with any issues or questions that have come up.
I found them to have a lack of communication. We were living out of town which made it worse.

Overall mediocre if to poor experience throughout the build process. We do love the house but still feel that once we signed the contract, our questions and concerns were shirked until the last minute. I would not recommend R&R to a family or friend.
Not sure I would recommend R&R at this time. We had several challenges to overcome during our build. If we knew some specific measures were in place to help with those issues, then yes, I would consider recommending.
As a first time homeowner I enjoyed the process from start to finish. Kim, the site manager, was very helpful and was quick to answer my questions.
We love our new home abs R & R has been great to work with.

The buying process was easy and fun. When I first was interested, Kim reached out to me and urged me to at least meet with her. I am so glad I did. We made an offer that same day! Kim was so great at keeping me posted on the build process as I was out of town, it was so exciting to see my home coming together!
