from the first phone call to reach out in the middle of the acute problem with our roof, Mr. Alvarez answered my call even though he wasn't even in the country, yet, he put me at ease and immediately got things rolling toward resolving the immediate problem, although we ended up requiring a new roof, which to me seemed like a big job and a monumental undertaking, it happened in the most professional and anxiety-free environment for us. Mr. Alvarez and his crew are professional and know exactly what it is that needs to be done and how to do it just right.
