I wasn't very thrilled with them, but it is what it is.
Rainbow gets a zero star. They are not professional. They did not clean as promised. They brought back dirty furniture. They had to reclean it onsite. It was a long process to get them to clean what was brought back. For the salvageable things, we did not get a good process of eliminating the things that should have been thrown away. We were done wrong as customers from that vendor. They do not do a professional job at all.
I was very satisfied overall. There were some things that I pointed out and they fixed it immediately. They went beyond what I asked them with the changes I was very pleased with how they conducted business. They were honest and worked with me on several things that we changed. It was a great experience.
They did a great job. My house looks very good. I am very happy with the work.
We had a sewage spill in a rental condo. We called Rainbow and they came the next day to begin cleanup. No estimate was provided regarding the scope of the project, the cost or the length of time it would take stating that would come from the office. It took three weeks to finish and we finally asked them to come get the fans that had been blowing for 10 daysso we could proceed with the renovation. The carpenters complained about the quality of the cutout on the sheetrock and demonstrated why they had to even it out. When I called to find out what the cost was, I was at first told that they did not know and they would have to decide. Then I was told that most people don't care because the insurance company would pay for it. Then I was told that the cost was over $14,000!!!!!!! and just happened to be the exact amount of the insurance payment. When I complained to the insurance agent he talked to them and then stated that they told him it would be around $7000 dollars. When I called to ask for an invoice, it took them a week to send it and could not tell me on the phone the amount. The amount at that time was $10,456!!!The condo is 1000 Sq Ft. I was told later by the remodeler and an adjuster that the amount was very high for the scope of the job even considering that the damage was from sewage. We have paid Rainbow and we are very dissatisfied with the arrangement due to not receiving an estimate prior to the job and because we feel that we have been taken advantage of. Sorry. I don't TRUST them.
if you do decide to use this company, make sure it is fully endorsed by your insurance company.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Rainbow International of Shreveport/Bossier City as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
