We looked at several companies to decide on who would install our generator. Choosing Rack Electric was far and away the best choice.

They took care of me when they could have blown me off. Really and truly. They went out of their way to take care of me.

Very organized. Pricing is relatively reasonable. Everyone is accommodating and pleasant to work with, there were just a few shortfalls with respect to the digging of the trench that resulted in many wires being cut, I would have to contact Rack to get certain things moving like the tanks being installed or to perform maintenance. The biggest problem was the permits. Unfortunately, you pulled a guy from county who was very particular with the permit approvals, but he would respond quickly and you guys did not keep up with the responses resulting in a longer delay to obtain the permits. I had to pull the permit to find out status because every time I called I was told you were waiting on county, but found that they had responded three weeks prior and it was you guys that did not respond. There were delays in responding to the permitting process until I contacted you guys and stayed on top of it. On the grand scale of the project these issues are not too significant, other than the loss of time with permitting as we got closer to hurricane season which was an expressed concern since everything was ordered well before; otherwise, everything was great.

Did what we agreed upon - price and quality.

I would recommend Rack for their professional staff, installers, and sales department. Estimates were honest and detailed. Payment was very well timed out so that the cost was manageable.

They made the process easy.

Not only has Rack Electric been punctual to everything we asked of them, they have also been very attentive to my needs and I have recommended them.

It took about 6 months to put in. They completed it, and it works fine.
