Very persistent and thorough salesman, but no follow up after. Project never fully completed as there was no post inspection and the gutter guards were not reinstalled. The roof itself is great and the contractor did a great job but I wish some of the upfront follow up and enthusiasm would have continued to complete the project.

From the moment you all picked up the phone to answer my call to project completion I was completely blown away by everyone’s professionalism, competence, and friendliness.

While I think that the roofing job and materials are very good your roof repair costs for “ rotten and broken boards “ is a total rip off. The roofers broke many boards on the older roof that had 1x6x8 planks. They recorded 40 “ occurrences” and charged me $4000. It was a total of 80sqft of material and one guy for about 6 hours to cut and replace the boards they fractured. His work did not delay the rest of the crew. Total time and materials for this should have been maybe $1000. You guys basically over charged me by $3000.
If any one asks me I will tell them that your work is good but to not accept the quote with the “occurrences” clause because you could have easily charged me for 100 occurrences and I’d be stuck for $10000. Not a happy customer.

don't know anyone that needs a roof and because of the initial problems with the gutters I am not likely to recommend this company to them unfortunately

They were very easy to work with. They did a timely installation and cleaned up well after the completed project. They explained everything to me about the Owens Corning shingles.
