Area For Improvement - They each met my expectations. Quantum met all timetables and responded to any questions that I had.
Process Explanation - Quantum did a great job repairing our home after tree damage. It was our first time with this type of thing so perhaps a bit more time could have been spent discussing the timing of the process.
Employees Professionalism - Paul's team were professional and courteous and supportive of our project.
Schedule - It was more iterative in terms of timing - the process to complete took longer than we thought, but in the end we are very satisfied with the quality of work and believe they worked very hard to support our project.
Area For Improvement - It took longer than we thought - but we did need to get permits and such so it was also our inexperience in the process. Perhaps they should emphasize in the beginning that the process takes longer than you think -- that time should be added. However, key for us is quality of the work -- the work done by Quantum is just great and Steve, Paul and his team were very nice.
Area Of Satisfaction - Dan our claim representative was very easy to work with and supportive! Quality of the restoration is great.

They are the best most professional company that I have come across. They were more than just a restoration company, I felt like they were friends helping me to recover. I actually miss seeing them now that my life is back to normal.

Areas Of Satisfaction - How they got things done, and how they moved and were very professional. You could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a disaster for others with other companies, but with me it was a pleasure.

Additional Comments - They did a good job. They installed the toilet paper holder a little too far from the toilet.
Quality of work was top notch but communication of the processes, and length of time to compete the job was next to nil.Happy with the work but not project management.

Our incident happened the day we bought our first family home. It was devastating to us, and we just wanted our home repaired. It happened in November, and it's May, and we are still requesting for things to be taken care of. Trash was left on our porch, our sink seal was broken from them removing it multiple times, and our dishwasher was removed and replaced crooked. These things have not been fixed. Working with the head contractor was annoying at best, and mostly aggravating. I would ask questions on Monday, and not receive a response until 5:00PM on Friday. He always seemed to do "just enough" and it elongated an already stressful process. We lived with plywood flooring with toddlers for about five months. The head contractor would order the wrong stuff, or not communicate effectively with his foreman, leading to wrong work being done on our house. There are some members of the business we truly thought highly of (receptionist, workers) but the management is not good. If you would like a positive, and efficient job done on your house or any restoration done, I would not recommend Quantum Restoration Services.
I would use them again if I needed to, and I would recommend the company to a friend.
Schedule - There was not a set schedule.
Quality Of Workmanship - The workmanship was good throughout, but they left out some minor things. For example, in the bathroom, there was a part of the wall where they did not spackle or paint behind the radiator. Whenever I told them, they came back and fixed it. The issues were small like this, but I was hoping that I would not have to say anything. Otherwise, everything was good.
Likely To Recommend - I would use them again if I needed to, and I would recommend the company to a friend.
Overall Quality Of Alacrity Program - They were really great and helpful.
Area For Improvement - In the beginning I was not satisfied with AllState because the representative who started the claim did not do a good job of keeping in touch with me. He was also moved to another claim, but no one contacted me about the change.
Area Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with everybody I spoke with. The other AllState representatives were great. I was also happy with the Alacrity representatives as well.
Area For Improvement - The guys that did the work in the room did an excellent job for an courteous but if they want to do it an agency that things were cheaper but work why did my insurance go up $100.03 months after they done the work I would not recommend Allstate to anybody because if you have insurance with them you can’t use it without getting your rates raise I’ve had all state for 10 years and never used it first claim hundred dollars

Area For Improvement - I am not sure because Quantum Restoration Services still has some of my items in storage to be returned to me whenever I move back into my home.
Area Of Satisfaction - I had clothing that I was taking on a cruise and they were able to restore those clothing items in time for me to take the clothes on my cruise. This saved me lots of money because I didn't have to buy new clothes to go on the trip. Thank you.
They were really good. When the job was done they cleaned up very well.
Overall Quality Of Alacrity Program - I think if a person has two claims for one location it would have been easier to deal with one company instead of two.
Area For Improvement - Quantum was fine but I don't like the Alacrity Service.
I got them from Allstate. They knocked it out of the park. I had a water problem and they did a fantastic job. Very pleased and everyone that came was nice.
