I have been through the ringer with Quality. A couple of years ago when I knew that I had termites the salesperson that came out recommended a liquid treatment. That did not kill the termites and I paid $1200 for that service. A year later I still had termites in the same exact spot. The new representative that came out said that was not the correct thing to do. They said since the termites were already infested in the wood, the liquid treatment would not get to them. I wasted $1200. They said they would have to tent it. They said they gave me a good deal to tent it, which was $900. I wasn't convinced that after this current tenting because I did not see any dead lizards or anything. I do not know about the termites in the attic. I had to cut out part of my truss' because it was so infested and bad that I had to replace the wood, so I do not know if they killed the termites. My neighbors have had termite tenting since mine and each and everyone have had a bunch of dead lizards. I really don't think I got a good job on this second go around.

The person who came out to the house, his nickname was Bob and his real name is John. He really did a fine job presenting and explaining the service and everything that would be involved, preparation, and he was supportive during the process and called to see if we had questions and offered extra bags for termite control, if we needed any more bags and if we had enough.

The service had a lot of bumps in the road. The service was paid in full a month before service was given. There was a lot of lack of communication regarding tenting and then didn't show up when they scheduled. They said they would show up and promised they were on the way 3 hours prior and no one showed. However, they did what they were supposed to do after they finally showed up.
Termite treatment is very nerve-racking and they went out of their way to make it easy and efficient.
They were not on time. They said they would be here at 8 in the morning and didn't call. I didn't hear from them at 9. When I did hear from them, they told me they would be here between 12 and 4. They didn't show up until 5:30. If I didn't call them, I don't think they would have called me.
