I called QFR for a free estimate. I scheduled a time to meet with John who showed me color options and gave me a free quote. Communication with my installation was very precise. I had a few set backs because of multiple hurricanes, but that was to be expected. I am happy with my new roof and the service I received.

The roofers are very prompt, professional and do outstanding job on the roof and the best they can to protect your property. My wife and I could not be any happier with the work the roofers have done along with the entire staff. Office people are also on top of thier game as all paper work has been completed and notifications made to get the wind mitigation done.

If I could have gave 10 stars I would have!

Created a problem with gutters and leaf guards

We have had a leak that they have repaired twice. It took about two weeks to come out, but the second time they came back the same day. If it continues to leak they will have to redo that section of the roof.

The team at Quality First Roofing provided helpful information during the quote process and answered all our follow-up questions. Communication leading up to and during the installation was very helpful and the team met all timelines communicated to us. We were very impressed with the professionalism of John and the team doing the installation. Work site was very clean and communication regarding process exceptional. I would like to focus on the excellent service prior to the leak in the garage, however, this is were the amazing service and processes broke down. It is our understanding the roof as been repaired but we have not had a heavy rain to verify. The "warranty" follow-up did not let us know what the issues were and have not followed-up to repair the damaged dry wall in the garage. We had a second hurricane after the leak was identified and the repair did not occur until after Milton. We are not certain what damage the water may have done. Closing this loop and repairing the interior damage would make us very happy customers. We understand these things happen, however, the follow-up is critical.
