The guys were great. Could not believe how fast they worked, They did a good job protecting plants and lanai screen roof, They even covered pool to prevent dirt fromentring the pool when stripping the roof.

The salesman was very professional installation. Crew was very professional prompt did a good job. Only thing I could say they needed to do board was a little better cleanup but other than that, they did a very good job on our roof and we’re very very satisfied with it had a couple little nicks, but they came back out and they fixed it and it all took care of highly recommend your company.

The salesmen in the field need to improve their communication with homeowners regarding the processes, as well as enhance their communication with the office staff responsible for scheduling appointments for the homeowners.

Crew did not clean up work area very well. Found numberous roofing nails in yard the next day and trash from their lunch. In good consciousness I would not recommend Quality First Roofing to a friend in concern that they may the same or worse issues using this service.

The salesman and I had agreed that they would take care of the drywall with the roof and then they never did.

I was taught years ago when I became a superintendent. The communication was the most important thing to have with your customers.

We found Quality First Roofing helpful, dependable, and great to work with.

I called QFR for a free estimate. I scheduled a time to meet with John who showed me color options and gave me a free quote. Communication with my installation was very precise. I had a few set backs because of multiple hurricanes, but that was to be expected. I am happy with my new roof and the service I received.

From Dennis to Erica, the hard working roofers to the cleanup man - EVERYONE was competent and professional!

It starts at first call. Everyone I've been in contact with regarding the roof have been personable, professional and able to answer all questions. The roofers are very prompt, professional and do outstanding job on the roof and the best they can to protect your property. My wife and I could not be any happier with the work the roofers have done along with the entire staff. Office people are also on top of thier game as all paper work has been completed and notifications made to get the wind mitigation done.
