Quality First Roofing is extremely professional. They are very clean, and they let you know everything that they are doing. They take care of everything. Quality First Roofing lets you know if they find any issues, and give you options to fix it. They also show you the issues, which I really like. They were really good.

The guys were great. Could not believe how fast they worked, They did a good job protecting plants and lanai screen roof, They even covered pool to prevent dirt fromentring the pool when stripping the roof.

The salesman was very professional installation. Crew was very professional prompt did a good job. Only thing I could say they needed to do board was a little better cleanup but other than that, they did a very good job on our roof and we’re very very satisfied with it had a couple little nicks, but they came back out and they fixed it and it all took care of highly recommend your company.

The salesmen in the field need to improve their communication with homeowners regarding the processes, as well as enhance their communication with the office staff responsible for scheduling appointments for the homeowners.

Crew did not clean up work area very well. Found numberous roofing nails in yard the next day and trash from their lunch. In good consciousness I would not recommend Quality First Roofing to a friend in concern that they may the same or worse issues using this service.

The salesman and I had agreed that they would take care of the drywall with the roof and then they never did.

I was taught years ago when I became a superintendent. The communication was the most important thing to have with your customers.
