I would not recommend Quality Assurance Roofing to anyone. First, because they did not take repsonitbilty for getting the job done right. I had to go above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. After going above and beyond the work was still not done to my satisfaction. At the end of our communication, one of the gentlemen asked us to "chill out" and they were then asked to leave my property as I feel as if they were being very disrespectful. I again would not recommend them to family and friends because I would not want anyone to go through the same thing with Quality Assurance Roofing that we went through.
Quality Assurance Roofing personnel were extremely professional and helpful regardless if we were talking with the office staff over the phone, Nathan at our home or over the phone, or the workers on site. The workers on site were careful to cleanup after themselves and to keep the noise to a minimum which we appreciated. It was a pleasure to work with the entire Quality Assurance team and especially Nathan. Thank you all for a very stress free, professional job.
Nathan is an exceptional salesperson and site manager. We never knew exactly what his responsibilities were, but he's the one that did the sales and followed up with the crew onsite to make sure everything was going well, so we decided he must also be the site manager. Regardless, he did a wonderful job.
