Efficiency & price

I was referred to Puyallup roofing from a friend of mine that has the same high standards as I do

Everything was fine up until materials were delivered to my roof
It was very windy with high gusts that day, and one of the attic vents blew off the roof onto my back patio

I called Scott and told him. He said the forecast called for extended winds and he would be out ASAP to get anything down that might blow off. That was at 1:29 PM.
He did not show up until the next morning at about 9 AM when the winds had subsided

If someone tells me they’re gonna do something, I expect them to do it
During the installation of the roof of the five men working, there was no communication due to a language barrier

I believe you should have at least one person on the job that speaks English and is able to communicate with the homeowner when they have questions

I was also told the project would be completed in one day, which then took two days

Lastly, on the work order, there was supposed to be a new cap put on an exhaust pipe
I was told that they were not supposed to do that. I insisted it was on the work order and it needed to be done which eventually it was taken care of. Scott also told me that they would take pictures of the roof and he would send them to me upon completion which I never received.

I cannot refer anyone I know in good conscience after my experience

Everything was done correctly and promptly. We had a sudden rainstorm come up and the crew worked in the rain to get everything covered before they came down off the roof. The gutter guy adjusted all the gutters so they drained better.
