The work was done wel. Everything was done very well done. Our issue was lack of communication. They'd said they would show up on a certain day and nobody would show. I wouldn't even receive calls. I had to call them. We made sure someone would be here and I'd have to callthere to find out they'd be coing Tuesday not Friday. The communication was not the best. The work was professional and the people were, all, very good. Getting it done was the issue. It's been three or four weeks and I haven't revceived the final bill. I paid up front and I haven't heard from PuroClean First Responders. I don't feel like it should be in my effort to get the bill. I'm willing to pay, I just haven't heard from anyone .

The guys that were here were good. They weren't professional with the work that they did. You can see that they ran into problems, and they didn't know how to handle it. They were nice, but as far as contractors go they weren't really skilled except for the dry wall people. They did a phenomenal job on the drywall. There were guys that were learning on the job. They were good professionally.
