Attempted to work with Prompt on fire restoration of my home. Nothing done correctly; had to completely tear down carport which Prompt rebuilt at their own discretion 2 feet too low which would not accommodate columns, too short and not wide enough for car. Wood used was not pressure treated and many cuts to facia which are now bulging out and we will have to replace. Roofing tiles of poor quality and some have already fallen off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
