I would not recommend Prominent. While the project manager I worked with was kind, everyone else I worked with was bullish. It was difficult to work with my insurance company, and at one point prominent said they would not do my roof because of the “small job” but then the owner called and was very aggressive when we tried to go with another contractor. They were also supposed to do siding, which was delayed until through the winter and we ended up not even wanting them to do it. They kept asking for more money, and changing their plan of what they were going to do a few times. They couldn’t seem figure out where their gutter guy even was to put our gutters on, so that was also delayed. When the gutters were put in incorrectly, they were very rude about fixing them and even tried to blame me since I wanted the old ones removed by the roofers (so we could paint the trim underneath). We went gutter less for a month due to their inability to find the guy, not sure why they would’ve told me that anyways. While they did end up doing our entire roof and gutters, I was taken back by the unprofessionalism of the company as a whole. The work was clearly done by sub-contractors, so I don’t consider that part of the review of Prominent. Most roofing companies will put a roof on, I suggest finding one that is also kind and compassionate to those they work with.

They are very professional

Unfortunately this project wasn’t blessed with an experience roofing crew. Numerous issues. They had to come back numerous times to fix gutters, shingles, poor workmanship, reglet issues. We are still finding nails in the yard. The crew took the only 6 apples from our apple tree without asking. We hired another roofer to take a look at our roof and he “the roof is a sea of waves” because so many shingles were fish tailed” pushed up in the middle. The company says they will settle done. This may be true, but their are shingles that won’t according to the roofing consultant. They have promised to make it right next Spring. The reglet was caulked with white caulking and then painted over. The crew person made an excuse that Prominent didn’t provide him with brown caulking. Prominent isn’t going to fix this issue although there is brown paint bleed on the stucco. They offered us 200.00 so we can do it ourselves. The sales person stopped communicating with us at the end of the project because he felt I was rude to the gutter person, when the gutter sub contractor was rude and arrogant to the homeowner. The overall issue is the crew that showed up had no one very experience and no one checking the quality of their work. If they had, none of these issues would have happened. They also told me that they have 3 crews that work and the week of this job, our crew was the only one that showed up for work. We went with this company because of a friend of my husbands. This was against my better judgement. The salesperson was great and responsive but when all the issues started happening he left up to the project manager Charles. Charles was also responsive and knowledgeable, but in the end the crew they sub contracted made them all look bad.

I was so happy with the installation of my new roof! Eddie was helpful and thorough in discussing options and setting up the install date. The crew showed up before 7am and spent the first hour tarping my home and protecting my landscape. They went above and beyond my expectations! They were polite and cleaned up any mess throughout the day. Everything went perfectly! My roof looks amazing and I am so happy I chose this company to work with after that giant hail storm that rolled through in May '22. Im sure it was a very busy year for them, and managing the insane amount of projects from the damages (with supply chain issues) cannot be easy. We are still waiting on gutters but I am fully aware that there is a longer wait time and I'm confident that I will see them arrive soon. For now my old ones are working just fine and I have no doubt the new ones will be completely satisfactory!

Prominent Construction was very responsive when we contacted them. They gave us a date one week after contacting them and they were able to meet that date. The roofing crew were very hard workers and finished up the roof in two days. Very happy with the results. Also got new garage doors which are awesome. Thanks for the great job!

We are thrilled with our new roof. The Prominent team was able to work directly with our insurance company to help secure the quote and approval. Once we got the approval to move forward with the roof, the crew was amazing. They came in and finished everything in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. There was constant communication every step of the way. Once the roof was finished, the owner personally contacted us to make sure we were satisfied. If you are looking for a new roof, this company is the way to go.

Erik Vos was thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and home damage from Mother Nature. He was key in working with our insurance company to get us a new roof & siding covered. He worked really hard with the insurance engineer and made a strong case citing/explaining with logical reasons along with photos on how the damage occurred. Eric met with us, adjusters & engineers during the entire process. Then he’d meet with us and in great detail would explain the construction process with scheduling to meet our needs. We couldn’t have done it without him. Thanks Erik!

One of the onsite crews was always professional and made the job as less interest of the customer as possible. The clean-up afterward was excellent. Specifically, Phillip did an excellent job ensuring the project was done professionally and completely. His follow up and personal effort in completing the job went beyond my expectations.

The sales representative, Pat, did a tremendous job and tremendous service in helping me with some storm damaged that I didn't even know existed. I am having Prominent Construction do the work on my mother's home as well.

So happy to have a new roof. They arrived early, took great care in moving items that would have possibly been damaged with materials being tossed down. They worked with my insurance adjuster to get a few items added in that the insurance company had not included during the inspection and kept me informed. They work fast and efficient. The job was completed in 1 day. They did a great job cleaning up after. I can't say thank you enough to Prominent.

I think that overall Prominent Construction did a great job. The work was done well. My roof and gutters look really good. My only issue was with the lack of communication prior to the commencement of work. I didn't know when the work would start and didn't know for sure when it had ended. I do want to mention that Ashley in the office was terrific. Very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

We were very pleased with the overall project from beginning to completion. Prominent Construction worked on our behalf with the Insurance company and we checked in with the Insurance company a few times to make sure everything was going according to plan.
