Xterior Solutions just completed a new roof on our house and garage. From the first interaction with Jim, the Sales Rep, to the final walk around last night, the entire experience was top notch. From start to finish this was a terrific company to work with. The estimating process, the paperwork that needed to be signed, the organization and professionalism on the day of the job and the outcome all exceeded my expectations.

From the initial meeting for an estimate to the completion of the project everything was handled in a professional manner. The project manager was on point with his communication about the project schedule and was great to work with. The crew arrived on time and got to work and by days end they had the job done. What really made my day was when they were able to get my new gutters up on the same day and much to my husbands delight, the container picked up the next morning. This is a great team to watch work everyone had there own task like a well oiled machine, Chris the PM was amazing he was in constant contact with me for scheduling with materials and daily tasks . The job that I had done was no easy task and everyone worked very had to provide a beautiful end result

The roofers have an issue still unresolved, at the front balcony door. There is a rain gutter that they removed the end cap (maybe for more room to install plywood replacement for the roof underlayment) that end cap was not replaced. I had to find left overs from my old system and make a temporary repair myself. Xterior Solutions' Jim Secor keeps telling me someone will be in touch to schedule a technician to fix the problem but as yet no calls, never mind actually fixing the rain gutter end.

Xterior Solutions was professional from start to finish. Before the project began I was kept informed of the status of their schedule. The crew arrived when promised and finished the entire job in one day. Xterior Solutions did not give us the cheapest estimate, but they were worth every penny.

They were reliable, punctual and fairly priced.The organized and experienced crew replaced my roof on a two story/two apartment house in less than 8 hours and left the site immaculate and the job looks amazing.In addition, I was in the hospital on the day of completion and they went out of their way to work with me concerning all of the arrangements. Pro-wash is very professional and I received a beautiful new roof for my house. It is a little more expensive than other companies but all in all, the quality of work is far better.

Honest and professional from appraisal through site cleanup. Did not needlessly go over the original appraisal and their prices were on the low end of what was quoted me from other roofers. Job was finished in one day and it looks great.

My project was beyond a “normal” re-roofing project in that we needed to reconfigure a bothersome and useless dormer on our home. My experience was very smooth. Everything went as scheduled and communication was clear through the entire process. During demolition gutters were removed that were supposed to remain. I spoke to Justin and he resolved this immediately and they ate the cost of the extra gutters without question. The roof looks great and so do my gutters!

The crew was great. They went out of their way to ask me if I had any questions at all. They answered all of my questions to my complete satisfction.

Extremely happy with Xterior Solutions and the Owens Corning shingles they installed — the team at Xterior was friendly and professional from the first meeting, in explaining the estimate, and right through the work getting done. When bad weather pushed back the job start date they kept me up to date, tightly communicating on their status and when we could expect them. Even when it turned out that EVERY sheet of plywood decking needed to be replaced (should have had them do the job 30 years ago!) and that meant they needed to go buy more and do all the extra work, they still pushed hard and got the job done in one day. And on top of everything else the roof looks great! Couldn't recommend this team enough.

Xterior Solutions re-roofed my house at the end of July 2020.I learned of Xterior Solutions from my next-door neighbor who was impressed and well satisfied with their work.The Xterior Solutions process, from first contact to completion, was professional, knowledgeable and well directed. At the outset, the salesman knew his product and effectively gathered details in his first visit: He looked thoroughly at the roof and took drone photography. Pricing seemed reasonable; timeframe suited my needs. The roofing team - project manager and roofers - were impressive: they knew precisely what they were doing and got it done in little over a day. (The job also included roof insulation, done by another company - in that same 1 1/2 days.) The crew worked quickly, quietly. Clean-up included using a magnetic sweep to gather nails and staples that might have fallen to the ground, along with every bit of trash. My surrounding gardens suffered no damage!It took 2 years to find a good roofer. The previous year I interviewed 3, chose one who was widely known and recommended. Five or 6 times he failed to show on the start dates. This year, I nailed it, choosing Xterior Solutions.

Xterior Solutions was extremely knowledgeable, professional and performed excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their house and I'll be calling them back when I'm ready to put new siding on our house. After developing a leak in our roof, we contacted Xterior Solutions based on their rating on Angie's List and because they are a local company. They scheduled and provided an estimate quickly and got us on the schedule to replace the roof. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and by the end of the day, the new roof was completed. We were kept updated throughout the day on the progress. It was a great feeling to know the roof was solid as a tropical storm moved in the following day.

Steven's crew did not disappoint me. They did a great job.
