Additional Comments - From start to finish ProHome1 was very professional and responsive. We had new roof, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters installed. Ralph was prompt to all the appointments, highly knowledgeable about the product and process, showed all the options, and answered all the questions. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. All the crews were very thorough with the job assigned to them, cleaned up after every day they were here. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent.I highly recommend ProHome1 services.

Recognized Excellence - Three people: the two installers Greg and Oleg; and the project supervisor Ralph. The workmanship on the installation is beyond my expectations. Ralph is the most amazing supervisor I have ever encountered. He showed up after work and on weekends. If I didn't have cameras around my house I never would have known he was there checking everything.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The communication through personal visits, text messages and e-mails with Jason were what really sold me. Usually these contractors are not very good with communicating with the customer. That was not the case with ProHome1. I was very satisfied with their communication efforts.
