Andy was very knowledgable and helped us make the right choice for our new roof and insulation. My only issue is that they ruined my landscaping during the roof installation by squishing my plants out front when throwing the roof trash off. I asked for reimbursement or help replacing it and they gave me $40 in kwik trip gift cards...

Poor, poor company! One star is a generous review! They are unprofessional and impossible to get ahold of. They swoop in right after a storm and talk up how quickly they got your neighbors approved for a new roof, get you to sign a contract, and then disappear. We were left to deal with insurance alone and the work was not even started until over 4 months after the storm caused the damage. They left materials (backing, rows of nails, extra product) all over my yard and driveway and were very unprofessional when approached about this. Our gutter covers took 2-3 weeks longer to be installed than quoted and were only done on that time frame because I called several times for updates. In addition, we were billed for two chimney covers to be replaced and one took a long time to do and the other was never done. Had I not repeatedly probed them to come finish the second cover, they would have just taken my $400 and run. Their communication is poor. They only time I could get anyone to reach out to me was when a bill was due. I repeatedly told them that I would pay when the work was completed and instead they called, texted, and emailed repeatedly. In addition, they started to threaten they were going to start charging interest on my account even though the work has JUST been finished. I tried to remedy these issues with the company several times as I had no interest in going public with my concerns (as we all make mistakes and that is okay) but was blown off several times. I finally sent a lengthy email with all of my concerns and got a one-two sentence reply. There was ZERO effort to create a service recovery. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they make themselves look great initially but once they have you in a contract, they are terrible to work with. I guess I have learned my lesson for future reference and will keep encouraging others to look for a company who respects your time and money.
They are trustworthy and communicate very well. Management and staff are willing to do the extra's to get the job done and meet our goals.
