Jodan webster was outstanding in his knowledge and service provided. The overall experience was excellent. The entire re-roof was done in a day. They were extremely efficient, organized, communicative, and did quality work.
When you send workers out to someones house, make sure you have an English speaker that can converse with the homeowner. They should have gone over with me what materials they were using and what they were going to do. When the installers arrived, they did not speak to me or go over anything. They just started beating on my house. We could have prevented a lot of issues if they had gone over with me what they were doing before they started, but we were not able to achieve this goal.I could not address any concerns to the crew because we could not understand each other. I had to call my salesman when he was on vacation to let him know I was having issues.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
