Premier Roofing management does a great job selling the company and it's ability to perform a great job. The sales representative bent over backwards it seemed to get the contract. I believe Premier Roofing had great intentions on having the work done professionally and to our satisfaction. However, they were unable to meet my expectation with the workmanship of there subcontractors. I am not sure if they appreciate the level of home they were working on and the quality of workmanship put into that home. It took them a little longer than we expected and I had to be involved more than I desired with the project. There are still some loose end that we waiting to complete, thus the low score. Overall, we got the roof replaced at a reasonable price and with a 50 year warranty.
I would recommend the materials they use but not the company itself.
