I would not recommend this company. The workers damaged a propane line and a water line on the exterior of the residence. We had to clean up quite a bit of visible nails, screws, plastic, and small metal cutoffs from the roofing material. We also had to clean up beer bottle caps and plastic water bottles that were discarded by the workers. Who allows their workers to drink alcohol on a roofing site during lunch breaks?

They were very experienced. I really admire the work of my roof. They came in a timely manner. They finished in one day, which was excellent. They were just excellent.

Cody was very helpful and informative about the whole process of replacing our roof from start to finish. It was very overwhelming at first, but his knowledge and excellent communication made everything go smoothly.

They damaged our AC copper line and didn’t acknowledge their wrong doing. Don’t get me wrong our roof looks good, but a wrong is still a wrong.

I am very satisfied. They were extremely professional.

As long as the customer is working with Matt (Tuzer) Chism I believe they will get the best customer service and follow up. Tuzer was great to work with and ensured the job was done in a timely manner and all paperwork was available for insurance settlement. He was very professional and went above and beyond the normal definition of representation and service.

Jasper was terrific and helpful throughout the process. When there were issues with supplies (insurance adjuster did not estimate enough plywood), it was handled directly with my insurance adjuster. I wasn't aware of the problem until it was solved. Easiest household replacement I've ever had.

I recently had my roof replaced by the Platinum Roofing team and they did a GREAT job. All materials were delivered and staged with ease. Their installation team was on time, courteous, and professional. I have a 2700 Sq Ft home and the old roof was removed and the new roof with sky light installed in about eight hours. Clean-up was meticulous and thorough.I used Platinum Roofing because they are a recommended installer of the highly rated Owens-Corning Duration Roofing Shingles. The survey / cost estimate process was easy, and the cost estimate was competitive. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend the Platinum Roofing team.

Timely work, very professional in every aspect.

Platinum and Mr. Chism saved our closing. They were quick to provide a quote and were able to work our property into their schedule so that we didn't have closing delays.

The city inspector came out and said he has never heard of any problems with them. I will always wonder what happened. I guess I got a bad crew. I guess it started out with a new salesman, he was too new. A lot of it started with him. He got the ball off on the wrong foot in the first place. It just snowballed from there. I had a problem, and I find it hard to believe I am the only person that had a problem. They do have a good warranty.

They are professional and very efficient. Once they started they never stopped until the project was completed. We have a 3300 sf single story home and they were done in a day and a half.

The entire staff at Platinum is incredibly professional! They do what they say they are going to do, when they say it will be done, with no excuses! Their roofing crew arrived at my home at 7am, ready to go to work, and did not leave until the entire job was finished, clean-up included! This included some pretty major repairs to the roof substructure, but the entire job stayed within the established parameters, with no bad surprises. Thank You Platinum and Your Entire Crew!

We used Platinum Roofing to replace the roof on our home, and we are SO happy we chose them for the job! We dealt with Matt Chism, and he was super responsive to calls and texts, took care of the big details and the little details and all the in-between details. Our roof was almost completed in a single day but even better was that they got to us within a week rather than 6-8 weeks that the other companies were out. Having gone through this entire process, I can honestly say that if I had this to do all over with again, I would STILL choose Platinum Roofing and will recommend them to my friends and family!
