The golden rule is true: fast, cheap, done right - pick two. (Best case! Sometimes you only get one or none.) Pinnacle worked fast, before the winter set in, and put the best roof on our house that anyone in the neighborhood's ever seen. Our rotted boards - gone. Two layers of shingles - gone. Old gutters that didn't work - gone, at no extra charge! Now we've got Owen's Corning's Total Protection Roofing System and faith (and a great warranty if not!!) that the fantastic work they did will keep us dry for decades to come.

Crew busted their butts getting the roof replaced on a short (dark early) November day. Did outstanding work even with the time crunch. Material delivery guy was great and very conscientious about placing the crane truck on our newish driveway. No issues, but appreciated him recognizing it was a newer driveway and talking to me about it first. First class group of folks at Pinnacle and very satisfied with the work and the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!

The installation process was fantastic. Everyone we worked with was professional and communicated well. Now, it's just a matter of letting the roof be a roof, and hoping there are no issues down the road. Based on the quality of communication they showed us, we feel very comfortable. We know they will always be there to help if we have any issues.

They went above and beyond. It was an insurance issue. They helped us in dealing with the insurance company on a matter that took more than two years to deal with. As soon as Pinnacle got involved, it was done in three months. I'm more than happy with the customer service we received and the quality. They were caring, helpful, and followed up on everything. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and then some. We wouldn't go with any other company.

I would recommend them at all costs to anyone. I feel that Brian did an excellent review of our premises. He took the time and was very passionate about our needs, and how soon we needed it. He inspected the area inside and around the home, and on top of the roof. That was something I have never seen others do with a measurement report. They gave me the square footage and sizes. That report was emailed to me with an area view and detailed viewing of our surroundings. I thought it was a really nice way to let people know how they are getting a service, with the report and rapport. The staff was excellent. Dominic, the head of the crew, answered all my questions and reassured me of things when he had to come into the house and do things in the attic area. I thought it was great. I am really impressed with their service. Hopefully, I will use them again in the next twenty years. They are pretty good.

The representative from Pinnacle Roofing was thorough and took an incredibly long time inspecting our roof, going into the attic and actually getting up and walking around on the roof. He took photographs and addressed problems that needed to be incorporated in the new roof and fixed an issue where water was coming in around the bathroom fan. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The crew installing the roof were hardworking, showed on-time, and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. We are very pleased with the work done by Pinnacle Roofing.

Pinnacle Roofing was great to deal with, from the estimate to the finished roof. The owner of the company even stopped by the day of the job to introduce himself and make sure I was happy with the progress. The only minor issue I had with them is I had to have the foreman come back the next day with the magnet as I found 4 or 5 nails in the grass after the crew had left. The foreman was glad to come back out and spent quite a bit of time making sure there were no nails left in the grass. I would recommend them.

Pinnacle Roofing - NY was very speedy and thorough. They came the same day I called and immediately fixed a leak. They provided aerial pictures and an estimate within days and scheduled a new roof within two weeks. They did an amazing job, explained every aspect of the job and after the job site was spotless.

I have had a lot of other workers for different projects in my home. This company was at the top. They were amazing. I interviewed three other companies, Pinnacle Roofing was my first. I did the comparison homework, and they were clearly at the top. They weren't the least expensive, but it was well worth it.

I'm very pleased with the job they did. The roof looks great and I'm confident it will last a very long time. Further, let me add that I built this house in 1977 and this is the third shingle replacement. I had cutters installed right after the 2nd shingle replacement but they always dripped water from the back of the gutters when it rained. After Pinnacle replaced the shingles this time I was amazed to see, after the first rain, the gutters worked perfectly and the dripping stopped. I suspect that the drip edge/ starter shingles on the old roof were not installed properly. But, Pinnacle did it right and it looks great too! Thanks Pinnacle!
