Pinnacle Disaster & Recovery Services was referred to me by my insurance company to handle restoration work due to a leaking pipe. I checked their BBB rating beforehand and was pleased to see they had an A+ rating. Overall, they did an excellent job—professional, prompt, and careful. Before starting, they took the time to cover the floors and furniture to minimize dust, and they consistently arrived at 8 a.m. sharp.The quality of their work was very good. However, once the job was completed, it became difficult to get a response from them regarding some minor touch-up requests. Despite multiple texts, I never received a reply, and eventually, I took care of the touch-ups myself. Additionally, the project manager failed to submit the necessary paperwork to my insurance company for the final payment on my claim, even though he had assured me he would. I ultimately had to submit it on my own.It was disappointing to have such a strong start and quality work end on a frustrating note due to lack of follow-through.
I was at work at the times they came out. my adult sons where at the house working with them. the times that I meet them they where polite and worked well with us on trying to get every thing done that needed to be done.
