Sales Knowledge - Brittany impressed me when I wanted to grasp how much room was going to be left in the backyard after the house was built. Brittany proceeded to walk across the lot in high-heels to give me a better idea of the backyard space. The lot had uneven terrain, debris, etc. Regardless, she did not hesitate, and I didn't think about telling her 'no' until she was half-way across the lot. I really appreciated her effort in that moment.

Areas For Improvement

Areas For Improvement - The company did not fall short of expectations.

Horrendous customer service. Marketed as luxury and much of the build is either base materials or no name contractors that do an awful job. They still refuse to repair things that they agreed to repair post closing. BEWARE. They tell you that no matter what they will fix an issue even if they have to rip out finished surfaces and then once they have a CO for the home they will tell you that you HAVE to close and never fix the poor quality of work. Homes have foundational cracks, issues with flooding and more.

We are in the initial stages of the build (i.e., grading the lot - which is why only 4 stars right now - not far enough along), but so far we have been super pleased!

They were great to deal with. I am pleased with our home.

Small tight community. Houses are very close together. I love the landscaping, grass cutting, weed eating, etc included in the monthly HOA. Great option! I do not like being so close to an apartment complex. I look forward to the eventual building of commercial places like "Gather GVL" in TR.

Quality builder. Community focused. Can tell by the prior builds in the neighborhood, Pinestone Builders cares about their reputation. Great communication along the process.

Communication - Updates were provided throughout the process. The 10 Step Process was explained in the beginning. Web site updates were made timely. Emails and text messages were promptly answered.

Quality Of Materials - Had a third party inspection at framing and minimal issues were noted and were addressed by the builder.

Professional & Organized - Everyone has been professional and easy to work with. I'm amazed at how organized they have been, handling multiple builds at a time. When changes needed to be made to my model to accommodate HVAC issues, Stephen explained all alternatives and was very receptive to my input as we came to workable solutions.

Sales Knowledge - Candace and Jan were both well informed and always willing to answer questions or find answers and get back with me. Most communications went through the Sales Team and were very timely and on point.

Our experience with building the Aspen model was extremely positive. The meetings with the contractor ( building supervisor) were punctual and completed in a timely manner. Our questions were answered in person or in emails within a day or two. We were informed of any changes or steps in the building process before it occurred. Building this house went so smoothly with little worries on our end!
