The whole team at Performance Exteriors was professional and courteous. They provided excellent workmanship, fantastic results! The owner, assistant, and team leader went above and beyond to answer our text messages right away. They job was completed in one day with phenomenal results! We have already recommended Perfmorance Exteriors to friends and family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking, they are fantastic!
The process of installing the new roof did not go at all as promised. They substituted another roofing sub-contractor which led to the old roof being removed in a different manner than promised causing damage to our gutters, deck, and siding on the house. The job took longer than bid and they did not stand behind their commitment to take care of a flashing issue they were made aware of prior to the start of the job. A roof ridge was installed with gaps that allows flies to enter the attic and then come into our home. It took a couple of months for them to come look at the issue and attempt a fix. The attempted repair helped, but did not resolve the issue and they refuse to do any more to rectify the problem. I don't have any further option than to hire an attorney.
