I would have given a 4-star, rating, but in the end, I would have liked it to have been cleaned better. I did find some screws, but did not notice until the work was done. I am wondering what they were taken out of. The workmanship was great. They could have improved when it came to helping the customer get things back in order.
My experience was very good. The crews that came over were great guys. There were four or five of them. They worked great together. I had no qualms about going out there to have them do anything, because they were great about everything.
First time I have ever had a catostrophic claim that took 7 months to complete. I was told over and over again it was delayed due to the pandemic, but I think they had a lot of jobs to do and not enough people to go around.
They took the time to research the best approach to resolve my issue and I am completely satisfied.
The team from Perfection Property Restoration was great. I had smoke in my house but you would never know.
Perfection Property Restoration did a great job.
They responded quickly during the whole pandemic and I was very pleased with their responsiveness.
They were very professional and did a great job.
Perfection Property Restoration was very thorough. They worked quickly and did a good job.
They did a great job and got all problems taken care of. They also cleaned up the mess amazingly to the point someone would not know an entire crew was there the day before.
The representative was telling me false truths. He would tell me something and then never follow up with it, and he did not follow through with what he was hired to do.
There were very unprofessional, couldn't manage time properly, and everything was exceuted poorly.
Overall good experience!
They were several hours late without a call. They arrived late in the afternoon and stayed until late in the evening.
They are there when needed.
They provided quality workmanship and polite and conscientious workers that cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience and they did a great job. They listened to me very well and addressed every concern or question I had.
I did not receive the best service from them, however, they were overwhelmed by business levels and that was probably the reason why. It took multiple visits to finish the work, and some of the things I was promised were not delivered in a timely manner.
I've only worked with them a little bit. As of right now, all I can say is they were prompt and very professional.
One phone call and the process was on it's way nice job..
I have no idea what is going on with my claim or my repair and would at least like progress updates along the way
I am neutral about recommending Perfection Property Restoration because they took such a terribly long time to get the work done. It's been spread out over such a long time.
They showed up unprepared.
Once the project was turned over to the Project Manager, the communication was not good. This was paid be insurance and I was asked for money before he would look at it, sent bills by subcontractors and very slow response to phone calls or texts. Work was performed as required.
The whole experience was excruciating. There was not one thing that went smoothly. Because this is not my skill set, I’m literally praying they did it right.
They didn't communicate the times they were going to come. My install was not timely and it took them twice as long to complete my project. I did complain about repairs they did not complete. They set up a time to come, and they did not show up as promised. I still have unresolved issues.
After continuous I’m sorry but,
Chris was very helpful. He provided me with quick responses.
They do a great job of painting the ceilings and walls. The workers are very nice.
The technicians that came were professional and kind.
They were slow.
They initially came out pretty quick and the remediation didn't take long but ever since they came out it has been a disaster. They went six weeks without getting in touch with us after the remediation to start the repair work. I followed up numerous times and even my insurance adjuster couldn't pin them down. We had to hire a different company to do the repair work since Perfection Property Restoration was so difficult to get a hold off. When the other company came out to to do the repair work they found a bunch of errors. There was still moldy drywall they haven't gotten rid of and they didn't take the tile out in the base of the toilet and vanity. Then eight weeks later, they finally reached out to follow up about the payment even though I tried to push it to my insurance.
Perfection Property Restoration was very professional, courteous, and handled the mitigation process in a timely manor.
Marc did a excellent job on getting the job done in a timely and professional matter
All of the team members very very courteous and professional.
We were very impressed with the work that was done on our house. The two men completing the work were professional, neat and very helpful. They are the kind of personnel that most companies can only hope for.
The manager did not do the inspection in person. He did it over the phone and then sent the crew to clean up the floors. However, it turns out that the wall is damaged as well. Now I have to pay out of pocket because the original inspection did not show that my drywall was damaged so I am very disappointed.
They were all very quick, responsive, and professional. The team responded the next morning. I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.
I would definitely recommend them. They were professional and very good at what they do.
Perfection Property Restoration was very professional and prompt with their service.
Perfection Property Restoration came in and did the work quickly and efficiently.
We have used them two times and have been very happy both times.
They were professional, attentive and caring from start to finish of the process.
Perfection Property Restoration was easy to work with and very thorough and efficient, especially during the mitigation process, the initial estimates, and scope of work. All of the associates that we worked with were awesome, friendly, and compassionate.
I commissioned Perfection to do our job in October. It should have been a two-part job. 1/2 day each time.5 Months is a long time to wait before it was Perfection. Your management team was not on the job when questions needed to be answered. The job was done unevenly and with the wrong material one of the first times they tried to get it done.
I did not hire them. They were hired by the Allstate Adjuster to provide info for a "virtual Adjustment" to our property.
They were very efficient and returned calls promptly.
We were pretty frustrated with the lack of communication from our contractor, as well as misleading dates as to when things were to get done.
They have done a great job every time we have had them do a project for us.
They showed up on time. The first guy hit the ground running. He brought two more guys and they got here early, stayed late and got things got cleaned up. The estimator came when he said and got everything done. I received the contract from them and I am ready to go.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Perfection Property Restoration as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
