Ray ;was very detailed.
The condo association hired Peguero to replace our roof. Ray and his associates completed the roof in one day and the clean up was stellar. We then had his team hang purchased shutters. Ray was patient and professional when a resident resisted the installation. The team came back a couple of days later to finish the job. I appreciate the way Ray does business, I’ll be hiring him to install a window in my unit.
Overall top notch job was performed. Total job was completed in one day, with no noted problem areas.

We have an old house that we ran into some complications with removal of the insulation to properly ventilate for the roof. The owners on Peguero Construction were very helpful in rectifying the situation. The overall roof is beautiful and I believe very well done. I have had other contractors view how the workers were applying the products and they said the team really knows what they are doing. They also looked at the finished product after and said it looked fantastic.
