Ray the owner along with the lead contractor Omar and his crew are all respectful and have displayed a hard work ethic mentality.

While the workmanship was good, I was disappointed with certain aspects of the service:
The siding installation itself was done beautifully, and the quality of the materials used was evident. However, I found that the project took much longer than initially estimated;
Moreover, I had requested that the contractors salvage some existing materials during the installation process, but this request was not fulfilled entirely. Additionally, after the new gutters were installed, I noticed that they were dripping in certain areas. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the company, they failed to address it in time and I decided to fix it myself.

We had a great experience. Ray and the team were responsive and on time, in budget, and we are very happy with the results! I got their name from a friend who was also very satisfied, and I'm so glad I got the recommendation!

I whole heartedly recommend roof and window replacements from Peguero Construction. From the very first call I had with James to the final replacement of a cracked window, Ray and his crew were hardworking, professional, efficient, and just a pleasure to have working on my home. When Ray came to my home to show me the materials and to assess my home, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The quotes came in quickly, and though there were a few counting mistakes and the like, they were quickly and easily cleared up. As soon as we signed the contract for our roof and windows, the orders went in, the materials arrived in the predicted timeframe, and the crew was here to do the work very shortly after. The roof seemed straightforward with no surprises, but the windows had a few wrinkles. Most notably, our two bow windows needed some extra woodwork done inside and out to make a flush fit. Sydney was the manager on site, and he was just amazing. He had such a friendly and positive attitude, and worked tirelessly to make everything just right. Ray, the owner, came multiple times during the work and of course at the end. He spent quite a lot of time at the house, and always made me feel like I was pretty much his only client. I never felt pressed for time, and he was always more than happy to spend time explaining and discussing any aspects of the job I had questions about. We had two small details to take care of after the installations were done. The first is a tiny flaw in one of the bow windows. Ray is still on the ball talking with the folks at Harvey to find out the best way to handle it. The second was a cracked double hung pane that just appeared out of nowhere about a week after the installation. Ray had an extra window from the order, brought it over, and used the sliding pane in it to replace the cracked one. All in all, I have been thoroughly happy with my experience with Peguero Construction.

Ray ;was very detailed.

The condo association hired Peguero to replace our roof. Ray and his associates completed the roof in one day and the clean up was stellar. We then had his team hang purchased shutters. Ray was patient and professional when a resident resisted the installation. The team came back a couple of days later to finish the job. I appreciate the way Ray does business, I’ll be hiring him to install a window in my unit.

Overall top notch job was performed. Total job was completed in one day, with no noted problem areas.

We have an old house that we ran into some complications with removal of the insulation to properly ventilate for the roof. The owners on Peguero Construction were very helpful in rectifying the situation. The overall roof is beautiful and I believe very well done. I have had other contractors view how the workers were applying the products and they said the team really knows what they are doing. They also looked at the finished product after and said it looked fantastic.
