The June 2017 hailstorm caused roof, siding & window damage to our home. We had many cold calls and door knockers; we ended up contracting with one of them. BIG MISTAKE!! After 5 months of bad communication, the roof job was finally complete, but a complete botch job. They ended up redoing the entire roof 2 months later. I told them that we are no longer contracting with them for any other jobs. I called Pella, and they had Don Darnell from PCS contact me. We contracted with PSC to do our windows, siding, gutters & downspouts. The window quote was the biggest obstacle with the insurance company; they wanted to give us very little compensation. It took many months for the insurance company to finally honor the PCS quote for the windows. When the projects finally began, there was great communication with each step of the process and everything went rather quickly. PCS did the windows & doors, and subcontractors did the other jobs. Outstanding service and workmanship by all! I have already recommended them to others, and they will be the first call I make if I ever need home repairs again.Extra praise goes to Don Darnell at PCS, who went WAY above & beyond. At our first meeting, our 1st roof was just completed and an entire botch job. He gave visual inspections, plenty of helpful advice/assistance dealing with the other contractor, and dealt with my roof drama for the next couple months.

I had a very good experience with PCS for my project. After everything done, and I have small issue with the roof, I contacted PCS, and they came to inspect and address the issue very quickly even this is in the winter time. I am impressed with the way they response to the issue.

At the first inspection they told me my gutters were not shredded so, therefore, I didn't have a hailstorm. PCS said yes, we had hail damage and they went back and found the right inspector. It all looks really good. The craftsmanship was above and beyond any that I've ever seen before. These guys really did a nice job.

When you have work done on your home, how do you know what company to use? You must trust your contractor to use quality materials and do what they say they'll do. Building trust is what PCS does well. Andrea Vorachek is great at communicating what needs to be done and when. She walked us through every step and followed through when we needed her to. In the end, the job looks great, and so does PCS.
