From the design phase to the final touches, they exceeded our expectations by keeping (mainly) on schedule and within budget. Our renovated space feels completely personalized and beautiful. While our design team and general contractor, Joe, were excellent. The consistency mistakes with the third party providers were so overwhelming, that we could not in good conscience recommend them to others.

I highly recommend the Payne & Tompkins Renovations team. They did a great job of understanding what we wanted to do. The same project they completed was difficult to get bids for. As with most major projects, there were many challenges, but they saw the potential, understood the benefits and did a fabulous job! They were open and honest regarding the costs and timing. This was especially true with some of the changes we really wanted even once the project began. There were five major areas of improvement that were added and they were willing get it all done. Their flexibility with those changes, along with the craftsmanship and excellent communication made the project extremely worthwhile. We are really enjoying our newer home!

Overall project management and quality of workmanship was exactly as we expected, and the team did a great job in helping us through some of the more challenging design decisions that had to be made throughout the process.
