They did a fantastic job with the restoration and cleaning up after themselves.

The general contractor caused most delay of scheduling the repair work while subcontractors were all pretty responsive.

They never came prepared for the job. The tech always had to come see what was needed, then leave to go pick it up, and would be gone for quite some time.

I was very pleased with Paul Davis Restoration. they were excellent to work with. The repairs they did were on a timely basis. I would recommend them highly.

Paul Davis hounded us for payment despite the fact the job was not completed. They still need to replace an electrical outlet cover. Would not recommend.

I am not happy with anything they did. It was very sloppy and it took almost two years. I am still having problems with things. They left my doors open while no one was home. The employees cussed me out when I came home to get clothes. They told me to get out of this house when it's my house. They broke some items and some items are missing. They broke stuff when they took the tile out. I don't have anything good to say. Kyle, in the office, finally realized what was happening. He said he would take care of me. I wasn't living in the house for six months. They were here watching T.V. and not working, and they went through my stuff. I have cameras that captured that.

I was extremely satisfied with Elliot, who was my main point of contact. He was punctual, cooperative, and helped me through the process in a smooth fashion!

Communication was awful as was most of the workmanship.

Beyond what I expected.

Paul Davis Restoration took 6 months to repair a small laundry machine flood in my home. My insurance company recommended them, but at this point, I am not sure why! They had a contractor working in my house, who reported parts of the work completed, when there was no evidence of that being true. Eventually this contractor stopped showing up for work, and the owner had no idea. Unless you complain, they will not keep you informed of who is coming into your home, and when. In addition, they tried reusing damaged materials, repairing things without care, skipping steps with no attention to detail, and there are still tools left at my house. This length of time is ridiculous considering the amount of damage. I am still awaiting the completion of the job, although they have already sent me a confirmation sheet for completion of work, and asked me to fill out a satisfaction survey. DO NOT use this company, unless there is absolutely no one else. Also, although it is common sense, always check on the company, even if the insurance company recommends them. Awful experience!

Paul Davis came out and did a very professional job. They told us when they would be here and they were on time and did the work. The man who came out was very professional and treated us nice.
