Their biggest issues is supplies. However updates and communications could be improved. It's too soon to tell how this will go. The job should have been done, but we are at 10-15!!!!!
They are very nice people and easy to work with.

My leather chair was damaged. They sent someone out who did not do a good job. They just painted leather and it's peeled off and a different shade from one arm to the other.
They were very professional and I have no complaints at all. I am happy with my floors. I had a slab leak before, and Paul Davis came out and had to redo my whole house, but their work is always good and I'm so happy to have my floors back.
I have asked for something to be done, and it has not been done yet. the doors to the cabinets open too wide and they hit one upon another. The cabinet doors open too wide. I pointed it out to David; he said he would look into it, and he would take care of it and that has not been done. That's the only thing. I would like to be done.

The wood flooring was done extremely well. The kitchen work was done okay. The contractor who did the kitchen work could have focused a little better on all the finishing details.
