There were two things. We had bought a refrigerator. We were assured the day our stuff was being moved back they would put the refrigerator in the kicthen. The peole who were here doing the lifting didn't know that. There were two people left to carry a refrigerator. I think it was a hardship and I felt very bad about that. Also, there was a matter where I changed the design of the kitchen to give us more room for the refrigerator. That did not go through. Extra cabinets came that were never used. I am happy with their work and they were very helpful and nice. I really appreciated that. They made a very difficult situation definitely better. We like what they did to the hosue.
I had a great experience and the people I worked with were very attentive to my wishes and needs. I am very satisfied with the quality of they work.

AWFUL. Could not finish project in time agreed upon . several weeks late. excuse after excuse. This project has cost me a lot of money due to their delays. I would not use this company.
My fire has been a challenge for Paul Davis. The house has been treated several times but the odor of smoke when there's moisture or humidity in the air still prevails. They have tried all the techniques and chemicals they'veused for years but have had little success. What I like about this company is that they have accepted the challenge and look and try different methods. They say they will keep trying until the problem has been resolved.
Paul Davis Restoration cleaned everything perfectly and their customer service people were amazing. I loved having them here, they did great work!
