The people that worked on the house--they were really nice, and I would hire them again if I had a problem. They checked on us a few times, so I thought they were courteous, and I liked them all.

Paul Davis itself were nice enough. They hired another contractor to do the actual work. That company was not professionally all. A front door was replaced with it hinging on the wrong side, siding installed overlapping different directions, the list can go on. We recommended they not use them but was told they do a lot of work for them.

I suggest if you have a claim that you get a claim adjuster, and then hire out the work yourself, to each individual contractor based on specialty. Get multiple quotes if you need to, and do NOT work with a General Contractor who works with your insurance directly, there is no oversight in that process, and you, the property owner will not be their top priority - obtaining as many jobs as possible will be, regardless of schedule impact, they will also not use the highest quality subcontractors, they hire people such as you would get standing outside of a large box hardware store. There may be a few good ones out there, but it is not worth the risk. Search other reviews for PDR and you will see, believe them.

Nothing is wrong with any of it, and they did it well and in a timely manner. They worked as long and hard as they could. They are from Bristol, TN and they even had to travel. You couldn't ask for better people to work for you.
