For a relatively simple project, it took over 4 1/2 months to complete. The project manager was absent, and the subcontractor was incompetent. They had to offer a discount to complete the work. We had a terrible experience with them.
I think they could be a little more organized with their payment records. Everything was paid in full and then they came back 2 months later for a deductible.
My project manager, John, and the 3 workmen were very responsive to my needs and careful with my home.
Joe was the Project Manager, and he did an amazing job.
They were very friendly, and they did a good job! They followed up in a timely manner!
Gary and his team from Paul Davis were absolutely wonderful! I was so impressed by the attention to detail - when I tell you they cleaned every single marker, one at a time, in my husband's art set of at least 100 markers, I am not lying! They were extremely professional and if I were to ever need this type of service again, I would request the same crew to come out.
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and efficiently Paul Davis Restoration managed my bathroom project. After receiving delays for months from Lowe's about honoring their warranty, Paul Davis was brought in. PD arrived, explained what would happen, when it would happen and what they needed, if anything, from me. Their employee, Joel, was professional, on time and friendly and completed the project when he said he would. My home was protected during the repair, covering carpets and floors. Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County is what you'd expect SHOULD happen during a renovation or repair.
Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County is highly reliable, professional and caring operation. They were at our side through a very difficult time, and made the entire process of restoring our home after a fire much easier. I would highly recommend their services.
I had a very good experience with Paul Davis Restoration. Everyone was nice and cooperative, and I had no major problems. Overall, they were very good.
