When the VP of Paul Davis got involved, about a year and a half in, things happened pretty rapidly, communication was great, and the project was completed. Before that the project dragged, communication was poor to almost non-existent, and I was extremely unhappy. When I was being assigned my third project manager in that year and a half, my disappointment seemed to be recognized. That's when the VP got involved, and the project was finished.
