Recognized Excellence - Yes I’m not too sure about the names but the guy’s who did the job and the person who came out to my home and went over everything with me amazing people and truly helpful

From the start to finish communication were horrible. Everything that was told to me from the beginning of installation to the end was a total wreck.
When they came out the first time to do the install (they started the installation later than promise) the front part of the patio measurements were wrong and they couldn't complete the install.
Waited another 6 weeks for the correct section to come in and still had issues.
The top section of the windows couldn't be complete also because on piece of the glass didn't come in with other glass for installation and I had to wait another 6 weeks for that to come in.
Also, had to literally fight for the electric outlet that was promise on the contract which took a couple of months to get completed.
Communications were awful!!!!!!

Our project is not complete. Everyone we have contacted to complete it has either refused to answer or made empty promises. We want compensation at this point as well as a completed job.

Once the job is started, do not pull the workers off to another job before finishing the current job.

The material used for the screen doors could be stronger, one of my screen windows is not aligned correctly. I am also missing a door handle, and there is a plain board that wasn’t painted or anything. The installation date kept changing as well.
