Look, I love the sunroom, it's a great addition to my house, but every part of this process was terrible and I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. First and foremost, there was a major contract discrepancy - Because I hired Patio Enclosures to not only build a sunroom but also replace my old deck, they required two separate contracts. The one contract for the sunroom listed the specs for the room itself, including the dimensions of the room and the work and materials to build that, and the second contract was for the deck itself. In the two contracts, it was stated that the sunroom would be 11'x14', and the deck contract was for 300 additional square feet of deck. When I asked the sales person about this, he confirmed that the deck would be 300 square feet in addition to the sunroom. When the project was built, they only built 160 square feet of deck, but I was charged for the price of the 300 sqft. When I asked the salesperson why this was, they said there had been a mistake and he would put in an order to refund me the difference, then quit the next day.
Additionally, after the contract was signed I was told that I had the right to make adjustments to the dimensions and layout of the deck until they went to permitting, but that I would be sent the CAD drawings ahead of going to permitting to be sure it matched what I'd requested. I was never sent the CAD drawings, and the drawings that ended up going to permitting did not have the correct layout of deck, and were missing key components like a second set of stairs, which was in the rendering that I had approved before going to contract.
Finally, I signed the contract in January, and in early February asked for there to be a change in the building color. No one ever responded to my request for this and therefore the building was ordered in the color that was on the contract, even though I was told I had time to change my mind while I was awaiting the CAD drawings. After I asked if it was possible to change the color, and cited that I had made the request 3 weeks after the original contract was signed, the project manager agreed to change the color, but was incredibly rude to me on the phone as though I was the cause of the disconnect.
In the end, I got the color of sunroom that I requested, but I got half the amount of decking that I believe I paid for. When I tried to argue this point, Andrew Johnson (the project manager), basically told me to kick rocks because they already re-ordered the building for me, telling me that was just what the 160sqft cost (which, if so, was wildly too expensive, as I'd gotten other quotes for composite decking that were less expensive for 300sqft than what I ended up getting for 160sqft of pressure treated, I also did not realize I wasn't getting composite until well after I signed the contract).
I have talked to a lawyer about this case and they think I have a fairly good case, I'd just really rather not go that route if I don't have to.
Nothing about this company is worth talking about. The “team” given to me in March when I signed the contract lasted maybe 4 weeks. No one else reached out. The project was supposed to be finished on July, didn’t get finished until October. No financial compensation was offered just words like “sorry”, nothing we can do. I would discourage anyone from going with this company.

Everything after the initial in home consultation was a joke. Installers made excuses not to be there. Working well after dark with headlamps. Poor care of panels while installing. Not able to contact anyone in customer service. Felt like no one cared.
