Everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ve enjoyed working with them. I’ve already had neighbors and friends tell me they were interested in getting a quote.
The porch looks great. No leaks.
Communication was horrible after we made the first 2 payments. We were not initially told anything until the last minute. We had to call them to figure out what day they were coming, and then once we found out, they never showed on the day that they said they were coming. This caused me to miss multiple days of work, sitting around the house doing nothing. This cost me to lose a lot of money then when the order came in it was the wrong color so we had to wait another 2 to 3 months before we got the right color. Then when this appointment was set up, they didn’t show all day. They said they would again which caused me to miss another day of work. It’s just been a nightmare.
Installation is taking too long.
After signing the contract in March 2025, and over the next 4 months communication was horrible between Patio Enclosures and me. It was like pulling teeth to receive any response to my emails and voicemail messages.

Measurements were not done correctly. Nothing lined up. Installers spent a lot of time at Lowe’s to improvise.

This has not been a good experience. Poor communication and wasn’t listened to when telling what I wanted. Was assured it was as agreed upon and it was lost in translation. So now they are trying to find someone to tie patio roof to my existing home roof and hasn’t happened yet. They neglected to have it drawn up in the engineers plans. And they asked my financing to make final draw which currently I’m opposing for we aren’t even close to being completed. So many mistakes and going into the 8th month. Would you like to call me?

Communication was incredibly poor. We had to initiate all communication to check on status for various steps. Concrete cracked pretty immediately. Billing had poor communication and did not let us know before we were charged.
Ii had such high hopes for this experience as I had seen Patio Enclosures advertised.
The first group of workers did the job incorrectly, yes at no additional cost it was corrected, but unfortunately some of the materials that were reused were damaged and we are left with errors on the project. Our person of contact has not reached out to confirm we are happy the end the results. Tim was fantastic and highly recommended him as your subtractor.
Our salesperson explained everything clearly. She gave us an approximate timeframe for the screen room installation, but later, we were thrilled to learn that our materials and installer were able to do the project sooner than expected.
Once the sale is made, there is no communication with the customer. No updates, no anything. No customer service at all! Took eight months to get the screen room installed. Eight months with no communication from Patio Enclosures.

Scheduling was the worse experience. 3 times having workers show up without any notice. When I finally got a confirmed date of install crew showed up 2 days earlier than agreed upon date.
