Supports are off by an inch..crooked. They used the wrong screen on part of the enclosure. We have called and called. No one returns our phone calls.
The communication is non existent. I had to email everyday to get any sort of response and would only get one if I was very stern in the email. When it was finally time to do the install I was told they would be here later in the week they showed up at noon on a Tues. No heads up. No notice nothing. The install person did a crappy job didn't caulk stuff or finish the job. It took 3 weeks for them to respond and fix the leaks. The wrong doors were ordered and was told it would be a month to get the new ones. At the month mark I again had to email everyday for a week to see about the doors. Well guess what they were never ordered so 3 to 4 more weeks. A project that was supposed to be 4 to 7 months took 10.
The job was not done correctly the first time. This resulted in 6 weeks of waiting for an additional appointment to fix the problems.

We were very transparent throughout the process. The contractors failed to show two days in a row - only to show the next scheduled day and leave - leaving also there truck in driveway. Only after escalating and refusing payment did we get any real appearance. The showed, installed , and provided a product that had to be completely torn down and replaced. They left trash , cigarette butts , and razor blades in our backyard.
Communication was horrible. Didn’t keep me informed on when my patio closure would be done. Didn’t keep me informed on when the installers were showing up. They just showed up. Spoke no English didn’t complete the job correctly. The screen door literally fell off two days after they installed it.
