Communicate better. If something is going wrong, is delayed, or unexpected be honest with the customer. Don’t just stop answering the phone. I would become very upset when I would go long periods of time not hearing anything from anyone.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would totally run the other direction
I've shared my feedback with everyone already. Three failed deliveries with the wrong sized materials. Four different installers. It took nearly a year to finish. Slow respone time. And more.
