My project was two different experiences. From the initial sale to the day of install was a zero- it was awful. Slow, chaos, unplanned, unorganized, and ghosted at one point for over three weeks. The second part was with Brady doing the install. It still took over a week to finish but he was very personable and put us at ease. We give him personally our highest rating. The average of zero and ten is five. If it wasn’t for Brady it would be zero.

The project took far too long to do because of either disorder, materials or failure to follow up on materials from the time of initial installation until the project was finished. It was about six weeks and it’s just outrageous.

Easy process. Efficient install. When my glass pieces can in it was too small. I thought I’d have to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix the problem, but Bill, Andy, and Monica handled everything for me. Screened in patio is awesome!

It would have helped to have a project manager overseeing the project that we could contact. Our biggest issues boiled down to lack of communication. The issues we encountered had to do with the flooring, calking over areas that still needed painting and installing the wrong outlet for the AC/heat unit.
