After the initial sales call and sales pitch, I have been very disappointed in the workmanship and quality of the entire project. I was not impressed with the windows after they were installed, as we went with the cheaper version due to the incredible cost of the higher end. The quality wasn't what I expected. Additionally, and more importantly, it took three tries to get the size of our windows correct, leading to lengthy delays. The quality of the workmanship in the installation process was extremely poor and sloppy, and little was done to blend in with the original structure. The final straw is our knee windows installed on the final side is extremely sloppy and poor, they are installed backwards from the ones on the side, and are sloppily caulked in with no trim like the rest of the installation. I would NEVER recommend Patio Enclosures to ANYONE.
