There were a lot of delays, some were due to our contractor, some due to personnel changes. We had the framing dropped off and thought they would be starting in days or weeks. It turned out to be over a year. The glass in several windows had bowed and that caused the windows to not open smoothly. It took several trips to correctly identify the issue and finally the project manager changed out all the windows. We still have 3 windows that are bowed from the replacement batch. The project manager is coming on Monday to verify what needs done and get the windows reordered. The finished product is very good and I am optomistic we will get these last few windows fixed and working properly.
