The project manager was not responsive to keeping me updated with project changes.
I was impressed with the timely original installation date. Until I learned the individual that was sent to my home to measure screwed up the measurements of one of the walls. I had the area cleaned and prepped for the installation, expecting the project to be complete within 2-3 days and closed in. Then learning of the incorrect measurements from the installer and the delay in the project. I had to call the project manager (Marlon Tidwell), 2 days later after hearing nothing from him. I informed him I expected a discount because of the project delay. He indicated he was not the individual to approve such a request and would pass on to his manager. I never heard from anyone regarding a discount!! I even contacted the corporate office in Ohio, and no response.
Because of the incomplete wall, dust and elements collected in the area that was expected to be closed in. I had to wait until the project was completed before I could have it cleaned again and expect compensation for the inconvenience for the amount that this project cost.
On multiple occasions I had to contact the project manager for an update and to this day, the project has been completed over a week ago and have yet to hear from anyone from patio enclosure or the project manager. Not the best costumer service.
Still wondering if I will be contacted to resolve/review the punch list.
So the question of recommending Patio Enclosure, NO!
The company stayed in contact and was super professional.
We were told probably 4 -7 days for our new 20x12 ft Patio Enclosures job, which turned into 4 months without use of our lake porch.
(June-October) We paid up front in full with a loan from GreenSky.
Nick Compton was a great salesman, polite, professional answered all questions. One of the best employees Patio Enclosures has. Carpenters Juan and Robert were hard working, very knowledgeable, polite and professional. They called every time,they were 1 hr. away. They were our only CONSTANT HOPE, also the best employees!!!Everyone else won’t help us.
****Our 2 monstrous problems were: the man that did ALL OUR measurements from the beginning INCORRECTLY and our contact person Marlon Tidwell.
Marlon Tidwell to this day hasn’t had his boss Debbie Brueshaber call us about all the problems we went through for 4 months.
Marlon Tidwell 4 x said, he talked us about one date and then call with only one day notice to change what he had told us. We changed surgeries and doctor appointments because of his BAD BOOK KEEPING OF DATES and KEEPING UP WITH OUR constant WRONG materials sent. Marlon was polite just stayed confused. We always complied with the last time changes. We asked for some kind of compensation but NO ONE HAS SAID ANYTHING TO US.
Our contracted completion date was September 15th, 2025 BUT WAS completed October 13th.
Every time Juan & Robert worked, they were NOT GIVEN the correct size windows or metal frame panels. It took anywhere from
2-5 weeks to get UNSTRATCHED glass or CORRECT sized metal frames. Our porch had triangle top pitch roof, which was open to the birds and rain for 5 weeks as we waited again for special order glass.
We love our porch but would not recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone.
It was almost torture NOT to have our lake porch for FOUR MONTHS during the summer. All our patio furniture was removed as Patio Enclosures requested, as to give room for them work. We couldn’t have family or friends over because of not having furniture, birds messing /caught in half of an enclosured room. PATIO Enclosures could have treat us better.
They won't contact me about their mistake of putting up the screen door up inside out.
We signed the contract in mid April and the project was not completed until September and had it not been for Nick’s intervention the project would not have been completed until the last week of September. I am confident that had I reached out to Nick earlier the project would have been completed sooner. The best and most reliable contact was Nick.

Excellent customer service. The Sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. Installation process was amazing. The rep for installing was professional and thorough. Communication from the beginning to final install was outstanding!
