Communicate with the customer better. I had to go clear to the district manager before they took me seriously and listened to our needs.

I feel Pacific Bath's product is over-priced.

The end result is wonderful but the process was very bumpy.

We are pleased with the final product. However, a couple of issues should be noted.

I already recommended you. Even with damaged material you were quick to get new and non damaged material for the shower. The workers were friendly and quick to work.

Your Eugene office manager needs to work elsewhere. He hung up on my Husband, he is very immature. also for a copmany that prides thenselves in a two day max install, this took two weeks.
