He met me on his way home from work. He was very patient with my timing and work schedule.
The situation is already hard enough, having your house torn up. Better, more advanced communication and a more detailed explanation of the process, that is they key. The communication from Jerry was poor at best. He is a nice guy, was not rude or anything of that nature, but the communication was just lacking. Sometimes they would just pop up without a call. When it came to collecting the check and money they were right on time. The showing up whenever they wanted, as well as the subcontractors, it was very frustrating. You have to take it for what it is worth.
I like Frank.
Larry was very professional and helpful, but it shouldn't have taken the owner to fix my issues.
The employees were easy to deal with & answered any questions we had. The work was finished in a timely manner & the flooring company they recommended out of Griffin was awesome too!

Paces was called to repair water damage in my home. They forgot the main job they were called to do, when they thought they were finished. I received a quote to replace two floors in my home (materials & labor) included on the quote. I purchased the material for the two floors due to their over priced quote for the materials. Paces received payment from my insurance company for materials and labor for both floors (which should have been labor charges only). I reminded Paces that I purchased the materials, so the quote was revised (actually several times) to increase the amount of my refund, since I disagreed with the amount they claim I was due. They came back time after time with an increase, and later with an apology that the lower amounts were due to accounting errors in their office. Yeah Right!After a few weeks of going back and forth trying to get my refund, I finally received the check. I accepted it out of frustration, too time consuming with the back and forth, and I was just disgusted. I never received a walk through to check off what jobs were completed, and if I was satisfied with the work. Paces does not stand behind their mission statement and it should be removed. I will never use them again, and will never ever refer this company to anyone.
The pack out crew did a phenomenal job. The ladies that came to clean up after the construction also did a phenomenal job. The contractors that did the outside work, the roof especially, did a terrible job. They left nails all over my house, all on the ground, on my driveway, they left debris, they left ladders and scaffolding and stuff in my yard. The people that were supposed to take away all the damage, trash and furniture left debris and trash pilled up in my yard for months.
They were very sensitive to my time and schedule and were courteous and professional.
They were very prompt, professional, and answered all of my questions. If I had any issues I would contact them first. They were very knowledgeable and personable. They made the whole experience. They were very sensitive to what we were going through. They were awesome.

She said they worked very well with her and all her needs. They got everything accomplished in a timely manner. She said she had a company before but decided to choose Paces to finish job since other company was taking too long and Paces did the job in a timely manner.

The communication was not good. I was told multiple times that the crews would show up at a certain time and then 3-4 hours later they arrived. The quality of the work was fine it was the customer service part of the job that was not good. We were told up front it would be done in less than two weeks and then it took over 4 to complete during that time we lost a contact to sell the house.
