They were very helpful in talking to my insurance and getting my new roof paid for after a storm. They were available any time I needed them. I was given color samples and they even got up on the roof for me and held actual tiles of various colors up so I could see what my roof would look like. I couldnt decide from there so they bought a whole bag of the tiles and we put several of them up so I could better decide. When I had chosen what I wanted, they were able to put my new roof on a week later.
