Old World completed at least 4 projects for me and every one has been perfect. The building inspectors said that it was the best job that they've seen.

Like most of the people in our neighborhood, our home got hit hard during the last crazy hail storm. We joined the dogs in the corner panicked and panting when the skylight in our bathroom blew out. :-) Old World Roofing had someone out the very next day to seal the hole and the skylight was replaced within days. And, of course, we needed a new roof. There was just one tiny understandable mixup in getting the correct roofing materials, but given everyone in the entire hood was getting a new roof, very understandable. But with Old World's focus on customer service, the material switch with the other home was done in the blink of an eye. And the supervisor was so very apologetic that he gave us a gift card, although I know that was out of the kindness of his heart. You would have to know a little about our family circumstances to fully appreciate the positive impact this company has had in touching our hearts. My husband was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's at 39 years old. When our two year old son, Jonah, was diagnosed with an aggressive leukemia and had a bone marrow transplant at 3, the stress escalated Dave's disease progression. Jonah relapsed his freshman year of high school after 11 cancer free years and has missed high school and being a normal teen. So what do you say about a company who sends a bill with a zero balance, with kind words and good wishes signed by the staff, donating the labor with Roof Depot donating the materials? There aren't words. The professionalism, quality, timely work and attention to detail were already outstanding. But the core heart and compassion of this company are beyond words. We sat down with the sales rep after a major hail storm,we understood the waiting time we were told we were buying a premium grade of shingle. After several months, I called to see what was going on.Jason was able to explain the shingles makers were behind, gave me a delivery date and when no delivery was done, called back. Jason was not aware that delivery had not arrived, but did say to call when the shingles arrived and crew would start soon after. The installers did the roof around 3 weeks later, we noticed the roof vents were not installed called Jason again this time he drove out to our house and he did see that the vents were not installed. said it was part of install and could void warranty of roof, no word again. called office and spoke to Brittney explained our concerns she said our sale rep would call and set up vent installers, weeks after that I called and talked with Brittney again told me she would get installers out to us or she would do it herself, received a call from our rep saying vents were going be installed. Now were are still waiting for the inspectors to come out and sign off on the work, when I called to check on what date the inspectors would be coming Brittney told me it would be another 6 to 8 weeks I asked if we had a storm before than would the roof be covered, at which time I was informed we had no type of warranty on our roof, only workmanship. We were under the understanding we purchased a premium shingle, Brittney said nothing in our contract referred to it.

I believe that they had some window supply/delivery problems but they managed the issues with their supplier nicely and rescheduled when materials were ready to install.

The crew was very impressive in their quick hard work to strip and redo the roof in 1 day, and they kept the area/ yard relatively clean of debris, nails, etc. The gutter crew was brave and tough in doing precarious work in cold and windy conditions.
